The Stalker is an extremely tall black bunny with an unsettling toothy smile that can appear anywhere around the hospital, often peeking around corners.

Two of them: the Stalker (−10 Sanity for direct eye contact) and the Ceiling Eyeball Mass (rapid drain if you look up at it). The rule for both: don’t look.
How do you get rid of the Bed Monster?
Approach its red box while holding maple syrup — the monster takes the syrup and leaves peacefully. Stepping into the box without syrup gets you grabbed and drained.
